3D inspection and dimensional reports
Using a 3D scanner we measure finished parts and castings, control dimensions and compare them against the CAD model. You receive a deviation report or a measurement protocol — for quality acceptance, claims or series documentation.

A colour visualisation of differences between the scan and the CAD model (quality control).
Measurement file / scan
On request we also hand over the scan mesh (STL/OBJ) for further analysis.
Before you send — what to expect
- • Accuracy depends on the part. Glossy, transparent or very fine features may require preparation (matting spray) — we will let you know at the quote stage.
- • CAD comparison needs a reference model. For a deviation report, send the CAD file (STEP/STL) we should measure against.
- • Quotes are individual. They depend on the number of measured features and the required accuracy — we review each request first.
